
Laurens Holve began his Medical Education in 1977 at University College London where he read Physiology. After graduating he attended a four year full time course at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, qualifying in 1984.
Following graduation in 1985 he worked and studied at Bombay State Hospital, after which he attended his first course in Acupuncture at Colombo South General Hospital Sri - Lanka.
To further his studies in Acupuncture, during 1985 - 1986 he undertook a further Postgraduate Course in London, after which he studied and worked at the Shanghai College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, completing and obtaining an advanced certificate of Acupuncture.
He returned to Shanghai in 1991 to further his Clinical training at the Renji Hospital in Shanghai.
From 1992 - 1994 he studied at the College of Chinese Herbal Medicine in London, graduating in 1994.
Since 2010 he has studied with the British Medical Acupuncture Society, with which he is a member.
He has been in full time practice from 1984 in North London where he founded the Camden Practice, and in 1995 Harley Street.
Since 1985 he has also worked in Woking, Surrey, where he still currently runs York Clinic.
He keeps up to date by regularly attending conferences, and is currently involved with postgraduate studies.
He is uniquely placed to offer a broad range of therapies based on 25 years of experience. This offers the patient an extensive range of treatments which achieve clinically effective results.
Costs are kept to a minimum as the main aim of the practice is to offer affordable relief so that treatment is available for all. |
